Villa Las Brisas

Luxury villa Las Brisas is exceptional, so is its rental concept. On an atypical, authentic, surprising and unusual panoramic site, it displays a form of discrete luxury that is integrated into the environment. A qualitative luxury, revealing hints of the hosts’ professionalism in the fields of hospitality, hotel-management and catering.

Villa Las Brisas is located at the very end of the huge lagoon of Roches Noires, just a few dozen meters from the reefs, thus offering a panoramic view. To the left the turquoise variants of the lagoon and to the right the infinite ocean. In between, an ecosystem of rocks, canals and natural pools suitable for swimming, sheltered from waves and winds.

Sumptuously decorated and luxuriously equipped, villa Las Brisas has been more than renovated. Rebuilt in contemporary volumes with, in addition, the finesse of old marine frames and sloping roofs, which add an authentic and warm dimension. With only 2 bedrooms, the owners have favoured the luxury of the generous surfaces of the bedroom suites opening onto the terrace or balcony. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms allows almost total privacy for their occupants. In addition to families of four, this villa is ideal for 2 couples of friends looking for calm in refined luxury and above all in enhanced service.

Indeed, the owners (Jocelyn & Patricia) living in a separate house on the premises, are always on the response when needed. Patricia will be your resident manager, immediately available on call.

The rental includes the services of two cleaning ladies, a cook & a gardener, all supervised by Paticia, the resident manager:

Karuna, the cook, works from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and prepares breakfast and another meal.
Baby works from 10.00 am till 2.00 pm and takes care of the housekeeping, laundry and ironing.
Pascal works from 7.00 to 9.00 am and from 5.00 to 6.00 pm. He is the gardener and sets-up the pontoon, the garden furniture.

No service on Sundays.

As is the case for other villas, our catering service is available. The owners also propose a grocery stocking service, as well as a chef service (subject to extra fee), for additional and elaborated cooking.

It is also the flexibility and the complementary services that make the difference. In the exclusive range of services offered, you will find:

Better quality services allowing to invite friends for meals around the tables with 8 and 12 seats.
Limousine transfers or rentals,
Rentals of a vintage car (Jaguar 1940) with driver,
The rental of a speedboat with skipper.

• Cancellation received within 45 days before date of arrival : 100%

A 500 € deposit in cash form is requested at check-in time and if no breakage or loss is reported, is returned prior to check-out.
