Like it’s sister-house next-door, Villa Saphir is a winning hand with several cards. Tasteful and comfortable furnishing, functional equipment, ample space in all cosiness, modern design in respect of the local architectural identity; the house is well-integrated into its environment. Villa Saphir holds an extra card; a swimming pool on the side of the veranda and as an extension of the master bedroom.
Its location at the heart of a well-sheltered, quiet creek of Belle Mare offers a splendid view over the lagoon and the shore of Poste Lafayette across the bay, excellent swimming conditions and a really peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. This place seems to be outside all maps.
The region of Belle Mare is one of the few regions of the Mauritian coast to still have a few kilometres of public beaches for all to enjoy. The village is small and away from the location of the villa, adding to the quietness of the place. Belle Mare is also known for its luxury resorts. Guests of villa Saphir can have access to some of them, namely the “One & Only Le Saint Géran” at a 100-metre walk down the beach, the “Constance Belle Mare Plage hotel” at walking distance too, and the “Constance Le Price Maurice”.
Service at luxury villa Saphir is extensive, yet customisable.
Rates always include continental breakfast, cleaning, washing, ironing and cooking services* 7 days a week, plus the personalised assistance and support of a villa manager.
* Cooking service only by the house staff, excludes groceries. Menus are agreed with the cooking lady and guests can either do the grocery-shopping or ask the villa manager to make them (surcharged service).
The additional services – subject to surcharges – are numerous. Catering wise, guests can pre-order à-la-carte signature meals; they are home-prepared by the house staff from groceries shopped by the villa manager. For greater ease and flexibility, meal-plans can be set in advance. Guests can thus rent the villa as a self-catering accommodation or opt for Bed & Breakfast, half-board of full-board stays. In addition, gastronomic dinners can be organised.
Kids are not left out – They have their own set of menus and the possibility to mix & match their own. They can have their bedrooms fitted with enriched recreational / educational accessories and amenities. While babies can be playfully awakened by a baby-sitter, children can be taken for meticulously crafted full-day programmes based on educational activities, adventure, wellness and socialisation.
Of course adults deserve as much. In addition to having a treat from the personalised services, you will enjoy the amenities, the crafted experiences, at the villa, at the nearby 5-star hotel resorts or somewhere on the island like luxury-camping on a secluded sandbank.
