About Us

Created out of our passion for Mauritius, our mother island and where we enjoyed an unforgettable youth, our in-depth knowledge of Mauritius enables us to showcase it differently. This approach enables us to create many moments of pleasure to those we host, which in turn fills us with gratitude.

Our aim is to propose holidays that encourage the discovery of the country and, above all, its way of life. We want travel and tourism to revisit their origins, when they were all about discoveries and encounters, with travellers expecting the unexpected.

We have selected a small number of beach villas that combine comfort and authenticity.

We personally welcome each of our guests to make them feel at home and welcomed. We offer itineraries and activities that enrich the Mauritian experience.
While travel, discovery and encounters remain the foundations of human achievement, on a global scale, travel and tourism combined are one of the economic and human activities with a large environmental footprint. In terms of greenhouse gas emissions, they account for around 8% of the total carbon dioxide equivalent (Co2e) produced by mankind. While transport is often singled out as being responsible for almost half of this figure, accommodation, our segment, contributes a sizeable 6% of the industry total, representing almost half a per cent of all carbon equivalent emissions.

However, these emissions are far from the only type of environmental impact caused by travel and tourism. The degradation/loss of biodiversity and the effects on local communities are other aspects to be taken into account; they are less often mentioned because of their subjective and less measurable nature.

Because we are convinced that tourism is also a directly beneficial activity for small island states such as Mauritius, both economically and socially, we remain committed to our business but believe that, whatever the size of our micro-enterprise, it is of the utmost importance that we take into account the needs of the local communities.
