Located on the edge of the lagoon of Trou-d’Eau-Douce, on the east coast of Mauritius, privacy is enhanced by a reduced number of passers-by on the beach and especially owing to its long stretch of all-shady garden between the house and the beach. The bright-white beach is fairly deep and large, gently sloping to the crystal-clear lagoon. The cherry on top is the panoramic view on the whole bay with the range of mountains afar.

The villa is very large and comfortable with not less than 4 sitting areas including a large comfortable kiosk next to the pool and opening on the sea side. It also counts 3 large dining areas; inside, on pool side and on garden side. It counts 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and opening on a balcony or terrace. The one attached to the master bedroom counts a bathtub.

In the garden, a pavilion counting 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette allows a total accommodation capacity to 10.
