Bungalow Aviam is located right on a small stretch of beach in Pereybère, Grand Baie, on the North coast of Mauritius, offering an unequalled view on the northern islands. From the veranda, balcony or while sitting under the huge “Coqueluche” tree, wonderful sunsets paint-up the whole setting in bright orange. Tastefully renovated in 2013, its comfort has been improved while keeping the thatch roof and other warm material that maintain the charm of the typical holiday homes of Mauritius known as “campements.”

Up the beach on the right is the very best bathing spot of the North coast; a sheltered cove of warm water with only fine sand underneath, with the “Coin de Mire” is let as background.

There is a truly warm atmosphere in the bungalow as the comfort is just as simple as it should be. The house counts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground-floor, a double air-conditioned bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, as well as the main bathroom. Upstairs are 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms of which one has an adjacent bathroom, plus the children bedroom with 2 single beds, all opening on the balcony with sea-view.
